Cancellation and Exchange Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Because all of our products (themes and plugins) are digital and delivered instantly after payment, order cancellations are not supported once the purchase is completed.
Please make sure to review the product description, version compatibility, and demo before completing your purchase.

However, if you placed a duplicate order or experienced a payment error, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
We will review the case and may issue a cancellation if no download has occurred.

2. Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges in the traditional sense (since digital items cannot be “returned”).
However, if you accidentally purchased the wrong item (for example, a different plugin or theme), and the product file has not been downloaded, please contact us within 24 hours.
Our support team will help exchange your purchase for the correct product or provide store credit of equivalent value.

3. Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, approve a cancellation or exchange in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment for the same item

  • Incorrect product purchased (and no download yet)

  • Technical issue from our system preventing download access

Please note that once the digital file is accessed or downloaded, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Exchange

  1. Send an email to [email protected]  with:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Reason for cancellation or exchange request

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

5. Additional Notes

  • All decisions regarding cancellations and exchanges are made at our sole discretion.

  • We aim to provide fair solutions while protecting both customer rights and digital product integrity.

  • For issues related to file corruption or missing download links, we will always resend a fresh working file free of charge.
